Live streaming music has become a fact of life. Yet, banks are still struggling to live stream data: financial transactions, product alerts, and customer activities for example. This affects banks’ ability to meet customers’ evolving demands and the repercussion means customer dissatisfaction and potential regulatory scrutiny down the line.
In this session, we discuss the differences between restful and streaming APIs. We will also share examples of banks offering real-time access to customer data and the innovative capabilities they are able to offer because of it.
